    1. ZENworks Application Launcher Window has encountered a user-defined breakpoint
    2. A breakpoint in an application indicates a program error. After this dialog is dismissed, the application will continue running, but it may be in an unstable state.

It was found that the customer upgraded from ZENworks Desktop Management 6.5 to ZCM 10

  1. This turned out to be a watermark feature on 6.5
  2. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetWare\NAL\1.0\SACache\EDIRECTORY-ZEN-TREE\LauncherConfig]
    1. "m_szWatermarkURL"="c:\\test.jpg"
  3. by clearing this 6.5 configuration the ZCM nalwin.exe no longer crashes
