ISSUE

GroupWise administrator moved user from one post office to another and the destination post office was out of disk space.

ERROR

D106 after user move

FIX

Server ran out of disk space. It was because of an admin loop error from a bad user move. The destination POA was sending out error messages about the inventory list being complete with D106 error. It was sending it out every 2 seconds. We did the following to fix it:

  1. We unloaded the secondaries involved and the primary.
  2. We renamed all the queues.
  3. Rebuilt the secondaries (connected to each with c1 and GW ops to rebuild domain DB)
  4. Did a clear status on the D106 error from each MTA perspective
  5. Ran Validate and Recover on each MTA
  6. Loaded them one at a time It was all fine after that with no more errors. We watched it for 30 minutes. I will leave the call open just in case.
