Can anyone tell me what that does? Not familiar with the /li switch?

QLogic HBA interface?

The only thing I've seen that uses a CFG.NLM file with switches like that is a QLogic HBA. Here's a link to some configuration switches that I found that may help: NetWare Configuation tool for QLogic Drivers
