    2. Open source rapid development innovation
  2. Cons
    1. Limited documentation/best practices
    2. hb_gui limitations and hb seems to respond better to command line
    3. heartbeat resource tracking DB (cib.xml) seems flaky

  1. Pros
    1. Mature administration tools
    2. can do non-nss (GW runs better on non-nss volumes)
  2. Cons
    1. Fault events require migration to another node

  1. Pros
    1. near hardware speeds – XEN has much better performance than Vmware
    2. disaster recovery – by being able to move virtualized servers around.
    3. Officially supported by GW
  2. Cons
    1. Not a lot of production experience
    2. Limited GW Best Practices within the XEN scope
    3. Limited administration tools – seems to prefer command line
