Devices

In general, the Mobility Connector works with devices that:
- Support connecting to MS Exchange 2003 SP2 or later
- Run Apple OS 4.2.1 or later
- Run Android 2.1 or later
- Run or can be upgraded to Symbian Series 60 3rd-5th Edition
- Run or can be upgraded to MS Windows Mobile 5.0 or later, MS Windows Mobile 5.0 with Messaging and Security Feature Pack, or MS Windows Mobile 2003 and 2003 2nd Edition
- Run Windows Phone 7
- Support the ActiveSync protocol version 2.5

How to update
TID 7007012: How to update Mobility
Note that the documentation tells you to: Browse to Software | Patch CD Update. Click Next on the Welcome screen. Select "Local ISO image" and click Next. But the option to select "Local ISO" will not appear unless the system is fully patched. Ie you need to run the system updates first, before you can select the Local ISO (or CD/DVD for that matter)

Note Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.1.2, and earlier, has a vulnerability that, in certain circumstances, could allow a user to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts. Security patches are available for builds 343 and 428.
